  39. INSURANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE OR WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE
  40. TO INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.

  43. CONTRACTING PARTY IS ONLY INTERESTED IN THE RESULTS OBTAINED BY
  44. THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SHALL BE
  45. RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL TOOLS AND MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR
  46. PERFORMANCE OF THE TASKS AGREED TO.
